Santa Maria, CA – May 2025– Body Shop Plus is proud to announce the appointment of Dale Wood as its new Production Manager. With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Dale brings a wealth of expertise in shop operations, team leadership, and efficiency optimization to our growing team. Dale’s career has been defined by his hands-on approach and deep understanding of Automotive and Body Shop workflows. Prior to joining Body Shop Plus, he served as a Regional Parts Manager for Tesla.

Leadership Santa Maria Valley Youth & Education Day
“Messy Play” encouraged in Certified Outdoor Classrooms at two different facilities and a Community College program that boasts a nearly 100% transfer rate were just a couple of highlights at Leadership Santa Maria Valley’s most recent session as we gathered to learn more about Education and Youth Services.
