With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Dale brings a wealth of expertise in shop operations, team leadership, and efficiency optimization to our growing team.
Dale’s career has been defined by his hands-on approach and deep understanding of Automotive and Body Shop workflows. Prior to joining Body Shop Plus, he served as a Regional Parts Manager for Tesla. He had 8 Service Centers in his Central California Region. He was the Production Manager at Mainline Autobody, where he streamlined operations, improved cycle times, and enhanced customer satisfaction. His background also includes key roles as a Collision Center Manager at Home Motors, where he honed his skills in production management, team development, and quality control. He was also a GM and DM for Pep Boys Auto for over 12 years.
