With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Dale brings a wealth of expertise in shop operations, team leadership, and efficiency optimization to our growing team. Dale’s career has been defined by his hands-on approach and deep understanding of Automotive and Body Shop workflows. Prior to joining Body Shop Plus, he served as a Regional Parts Manager for Tesla.
