About Us

Since 2005, PB & Associates has been serving the Santa Maria Valley area. The company was formed to offer a better “local” real estate service to the community of Santa Maria and beyond. The company started with only a handful of agents and today has grown to over 40 agents. The company is continually expanding in agents and support staff offering excellent service, savings, and convenience to clients statewide. It is and always has been our motive to treat our clientele with the best possible customer service. Our goal is to provide excellent service in growing our Central Coast community and preserving homeowners’ rights.

We are a licensed NMLS Broker with five licensed Loan Originators. Our brokerage offers “in-house” lending for residential, investment, and commercial real estate. We broker with more than 25 wholesale banks, giving our clients a variety of mortgage loan product options. As a mortgage broker, we are able to seek aggressive interest rates by making our loans and closing costs competitive with national banks. Our loan officers can offer competitive pricing in products to refinance, or purchase a home, investment, or commercial property.

Our Mortgage Loan Originators are located in Santa Maria. Available nights and weekends by appointment. We are partnered with Coastal Housing Partnership. Together with our Realtors, buyers can receive up to 20% of the real estate agent’s commission and a free appraisal to assist them with the purchase of a home.
