Bar & Restaurant Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, results-orientated manger with a proven background managing a restaurant and bar.

  • 2+ years prior management experience in a bar and restaurant 
  • Driving sales and profitability through operational excellence and close management of costs
  • Hands on experience running a bar as a bartender; craft cocktail experience is a plus
  • Hands on experience with multiple front and back of house roles in a restaurant
  • Proven track record in building and motivating teams
  • Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications preferred
  • Must be able to work weekend shifts in any role as needed 
  • Will be responsible to drive all day to day functions reporting to the General Manager 
  • Able lift up to 40 pounds
